What is the best insulation material for high-temperature industrial applications? +
The ideal material depends on your maximum operating temperature and environment. Ceramic fiber blankets and modules perform best between 1100°C and 1430°C for furnace linings, expansion joints, and reformer applications. Calcium silicate boards withstand up to 1100°C with high compressive strength for pipe and equipment insulation. Rock wool is cost-effective up to 650°C for general plant insulation. For space-constrained applications, microporous and nano aerogel boards provide the thinnest insulation at temperatures up to 1000°C. Can you supply insulation for the petrochemical and refinery sector? +
Yes. Rosetexwool is a trusted supplier to the petrochemical industry. Our ceramic fiber blankets, boards, and modules are specified for reformer furnaces, ethylene cracking units, FCCU regenerators, and process heaters. We also supply calcium silicate for high-temperature pipe insulation (steam tracing, transfer lines) and rock wool for tank insulation and fireproofing. All products meet ASTM, EN, and ISO standards with full material certification.
Do you provide insulation solutions for power plants? +
We serve coal-fired, gas turbine, combined cycle, and nuclear power stations with: boiler wall ceramic fiber modules, HRSG casing rock wool blanket, main steam pipe calcium silicate sections, removable turbine insulation pads, SCR and FGD system insulation, and district heating pipe sections. Our pre-fabricated modules and blankets speed up installation during planned outages.
What insulation systems do you recommend for the steel industry? +
For iron and steelmaking, we recommend: ceramic fiber modules with IFB backup for hot blast stove domes and combustion chambers (up to 1350°C), vacuum-formed ceramic fiber shapes for tundish covers and ladle pre-heating lids, ceramic fiber blanket for reheat furnace linings, and calcium silicate/rock wool for plant-wide pipe and ductwork insulation. We also supply custom shapes for unique steelmaking equipment.
Can you provide custom-cut insulation shapes and sizes? +
Yes. We manufacture custom dimensions across all product categories: ceramic fiber vacuum-formed special shapes, precision-cut calcium silicate boards and pipe sections, custom-sized rock wool blankets and wired mats, and bespoke microporous boards. Provide your drawings or dimensions — we cut to ±1mm tolerance where required. Custom shapes typically ship within 2-4 weeks depending on complexity.
